We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our company’s commercial goals through strategic content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and design compelling promotional materials that align with sales and branding objectives.
  • Social Media Management: Publish and manage customer-centric content, handle inquiries, and monitor engagement to boost visibility and interaction.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Strategize, design, and execute targeted email campaigns for promotions, launches, and customer retention using tools like Mailchimp.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Oversee ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads), ensuring alignment with business goals and optimizing performance based on insights.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics across campaigns, social media, and content, delivering actionable insights through well-structured executive reports.
  • Audience & Competitor Research: Investigate market trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies to refine marketing initiatives and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Website Coordination: Collaborate with design and content teams to update products, promotions, and materials on the website efficiently.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales and design teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and communication.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 2+ years in digital marketing or relevant areas.
  • Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of digital tools and platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Content Creation Skills: Knowledge of designing effective formats for digital consumers across platforms, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Teamwork & Leadership: Familiarity with team dynamics, the ability to coordinate strategies across departments, and autonomy in driving projects forward.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Mailchimp, SEO platforms, and social media management software.
  • Copywriting: Strong writing or an understanding of crafting impactful content tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Advanced English Proficiency: C1/C2 level for seamless communication and content creation.
  • Presentation Skills: Confidence in presenting ideas and reports effectively to diverse audiences.
