About the Role:
We need a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge product strategy and execution in our fast-growing fintech. You'll turn complex financial workflows into clear requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business goals into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize product backlog in agile environment
• Analyze payment flows (KYC, transactions, compliance)
• Support sprint planning and feature impact analysis

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4+ years as Business Analyst (fintech/banking preferred)
• Strong agile/scrum experience with tools like Jira
• Financial systems knowledge (payments, digital wallets)
• Fluent English and excellent documentation skills

Nice-to-Have:

• API/technical requirements experience
• UAT/QA collaboration background
• Startup environment adaptability
