Objective of the role:

Provide guidance on inquiries and complaints related to various services, responding efficiently to generate sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Receive administrative complaints, offering alternatives or possible solutions, executing the appropriate escalation procedures, and anticipating the resolution time to communicate with the end customer.
  • Add value by creating sales opportunities when the associate or customer requests service information, promoting products or promotions based on their needs.
  • Handle requests for long-distance information, telephone directories, and/or billing.

 

Professional profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or currently pursuing a college or technical degree in Administrative, Commercial, Humanities, or related fields. 
  • Preferred experience of three (3) months in a Call Center, customer service, sales, and/or complaint management.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Availability for full-time work with a rotating schedule.
