Job Summary:

The Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in a bilingual private school, with all subjects taught in English. The ideal candidate will create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes the intellectual, social, and emotional development of students. They should be proficient in English and adept at using a combination of teaching methodologies to meet diverse student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum, incorporating a variety of teaching methodologies.
• Deliver instruction in English to ensure language immersion and academic growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student engagement and success.
• Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive, supportive bilingual learning community.
• Utilize educational technology and innovative strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay informed on educational best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and school leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• English language proficiency (written and spoken).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with elementary, middle, or high school students.
• Strong understanding of youth development, learning theories, and diverse teaching strategies.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and meet the needs of all learners.
• Experience using educational technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Commitment to profesional growth and development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience in bilingual or multicultural settings.
• Experience with a variety of teaching methodologies, including flipped classroom models.
• Proficiency with online learning platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, Zoom, Google Meet).
