We're hiring a: LiveOps & Release Manager

📍 Location: Remote | Type: Full-time

Do you excel at ensuring system stability and smooth releases? We're looking for a detail-oriented LiveOps & Release Manager to own our product's reliability and release cadence. This pivotal role bridges Engineering, Product, and Support to maintain optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Release Management:

• Coordinate end-to-end release lifecycle from planning to post-mortem
• Maintain release schedules, change logs, and Go/No-Go processes
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines, automation, and rollback strategies
• Ensure release quality through collaboration with QA and Engineering teams

Live Operations:

• Monitor systems in real-time and coordinate rapid issue response
• Own incident triage, escalation protocols, and resolution timelines
• Track performance metrics to continuously improve stability
• Manage live content changes, feature flags, and timed configurations

Ops & Process Improvement:

• Develop operational playbooks, runbooks, and alerting rules
• Conduct retrospectives and post-release reviews for continuous improvement
• Collaborate on tools and workflows to minimize downtime and risk

Requirements:

• 5+ years in release engineering, live ops, SRE, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and cloud infrastructure
• Strong live system monitoring and incident management skills
• Excellent communication under pressure
• Outstanding project management and operational precision
• Bonus: Experience in SaaS, fintech, or high-velocity platforms
