We’re hiring a: Product Data Analyst – Fintech Product Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and track core product KPIs to measure feature performance, user engagement, and customer behavior.
• Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and product performance across key flows (onboarding, KYC, transfers).
• Support OKR and KPI tracking (WAU/MAU, TPV, retention, NPS).
• Build dashboards and reports for leadership using tools like Superset, Looker, or Metabase.
• Collaborate with product teams to evaluate feature impact and drive data-informed decisions.
• Ensure data quality and flag anomalies affecting business insights.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience: 2–4 years as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst, preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
• Technical Skills: Strong SQL proficiency. Experience with BI tools (Looker, Superset, Metabase, etc.). Ability to simplify complex data into clear insights.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and results-driven approach.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in fintech, remittances, or payments.
• Familiarity with event tracking tools (Segment, GA4, Mixpanel).
• Basic Python for data analysis or light ML.
