Call Center Agent

About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated, sales-driven outbound agents to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact between our partner companies and prospective clients, tasked with initiating quality conversations, identifying needs, and transferring qualified opportunities to the sales team.

You'll use our proprietary AI-guided platform to help ensure every conversation is high-impact and aligned with our clients' goals.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of outbound sales or call center experience (mortgage, insurance, financial services preferred).
  • Proven ability to convert cold or warm leads into engaged conversations.
  • Experience working with various CRMs (Velocify, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and dialer platforms.
  • Strong communication skills in English – clear, professional, and persuasive.
  • Comfortable handling objections and navigating dynamic sales conversations.
  • Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies, systems, and client workflows.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and driven to meet daily productivity and quality goals.

Work Setup:

• Onsite (Zona Sur - La Paz).
