Call Center Coordinator (Bilingual)

📍 Base: Santa Cruz

Professional Profile:
• Bachelor's degree or graduate in administrative, financial, or related careers.
• English level C1.
• One (1) year of experience in similar positions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
• Full-time availability.

Main Responsibilities:
• Execute the monitoring of all transactions performed by Call Center Operators.
• Monitor the achievement of service metrics, quality, satisfaction, and efficiency as required by the customer.
• Generate reports and indicators of management and compliance of the processes assigned to your position, according to work plan and/or procedures in force.
